Moncler's The City of Genius in Shanghai on October 19 attracted a celebrity crowd. Rihanna, Naomi Campbell and Anne Hathaway for starters. They experienced 10 designer sections each boasting a unique collection and now one of those highlighted collections is finally available courtesy of Willow Smith.
Moncler x Willow Smith is slightly sci-fi and all about juxtaposition. Like voluminous outerwear and formfitting dresses. Or skin-clinging base layers and protective shells. There's even a duvet-inspired down jacket dress. "I wanted to create a world, not just an aesthetic," explains Smith.
The color palette is simply comprised of black and Moon-dust White. Silver rings and hardware serve as a shout-out to Smith's many piercings. There's even a new logo created by combining an inverted "W" and a "M."
