Newcastle United sit third in the Premier League table after a fine 2-0 win over Manchester United at St James' Park. The Magpies, fresh from their warm weather break in Dubai, were quick out the traps in a dominant display on Tyneside.
A host of chances came and went for Newcastle in the first-half but they found their shooting boots after the interval, with Joe Willock and Callum Wilson securing a memorable Premier League victory.
It was an action packed afternoon in the north east. Here are the moments you may have missed.

Willock's Henry gesture
Joe Willock's close-range header broke the deadlock on Tyneside and sent St James' Park wild as the 50,000+ home supporters enjoyed a fine Gallowgate End goal. The attacking midfielder ran straight to the corner flag where he was mobbed by team-mates.
Willock, along with Saint-Maximin, repeatedly kissed the club badge and pumped his chest as he celebrated the opening goal. Standing at the corner flag, the midfielder rested on it and took a moment to take in the occasion.
It was a celebration seen by Arsenal legend Thierry Henry on many occasions for both the Gunners and France. “He’s my hero to be honest!” Willock said of the legendary striker at full-time.
Sky Sports pundit Jamie Redknapp responded: “He’s everyone’s hero, isn’t he?!” To which Willock added: “He is everyone’s hero!”
Rashford loses his cool
Marcus Rashford has been the difference maker for Manchester United this season but wasn't able to impact Sunday's game as Kieran Trippier kept him quiet throughout.
The England man was having no luck in the first-half so was switched to the opposite flank shortly before half-time. This time Dan Burn had the measure of him, repeatedly denying the attacker.
Rashford went down under a challenge from Burn but received no free-kick from referee Stuart Atwell. The Man United forward's boot had came off in the process and when no foul was given, Rashford threw the Nike shoe off the floor in a fit of rage.
Luckily for the player, Atwell didn't see the incident and no yellow card was shown. It was a highly frustrating afternoon for the in-form striker.
McClaren the peacemaker
Steve McClaren waited near the tunnel as Manchester United players and staff left the pitch before kick-off on Sunday. Unfortunately for the former Newcastle boss there was none of his former players making their way back to the changing room.
McClaren was in the exact same spot little over an hour later when he had to step in and stop Eddie Howe and Erik ten Hag clashing on the touchline. The two managers were engaged in a heating war of words after Nick Pope was judged to have been time-wasting.
The ex-Magpies boss got in between Howe and Ten Hag and urged the two men to calm down. A small victory for a manager who didn't see too many wins during his own stint at St James' Park.
Murphy does it again
Jacob Murphy continues to enjoy the reputation of Newcastle's biggest s***house. The winger, who started from the outset once again on Sunday, played the majority of the clash and earned praise from Howe at full-time.
He also received praise from Newcastle fans after social media footage showed Murphy sarcastically pointing to an imaginary watch on his wrist after he completed a lap of honour with his team-mates.
The Ten Hag jibe came about after the Manchester United manager moaned about Newcastle's alleged time-wasting antics earlier in the week. Speaking after the game, Howe made his feelings on that particular matter clear.
"I don't get where this time-wasting nonsense has come from because it's not us. You saw today we wanted the ball back in play as quickly as possible: high energy, high tempo, ball in play."
