The Prince and Princess of Wales appeared to be getting up close and personal with the rest of the public as they jumped on the London Tube to go for a pint.
Of course, the royal couple weren't slumming it ahead of the King's Coronation on May 6, it was simply a stunt in the run-up to the big event on Saturday that is sure to delight their army of fans.
The Prince and Princess of Wales got on the underground at Acton and travelled through several stops to head for a lunchtime refreshment in Soho on Thursday afternoon, as writes the Mirror.
On their journey, they met with Transport For London workers to hear about how they're preparing for a busy weekend.
After alighting at Tottenham Court Road, they walked past shocked onlookers and took the escalator to head outside but as they did, Kate seemed to make a rookie mistake on such a method of travel, as she stood on the left of the escalator while passengers are told to go to the right. The couple then headed to the Dog and Duck pub, where they were seen enjoying some well earned pints after their epic journey.
They also met other members of staff from other businesses in the area preparing for the Coronation weekend and tried their hand at pulling pints.
Afterwards, they spent time meeting the hundreds of members of the public, who gathered outside the pub and posed for selfies with well wishers.
