Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill landed on the team’s injury report Thursday after suffering a foot injury in practice.
While head coach Mike McDaniel said Friday that he was optimistic about the receiver’s availability in Week 8, the Dolphins listed Hill as questionable later that day after he sat out the team’s last practice of the week.
Tyreek Hill injury update
Hill is active and in the Dolphins’ lineup against the Cardinals.
On Saturday night, the receiver gave an indication that he was good to go, telling fantasy football owners, “start me this week.”
That became official Sunday morning when the Dolphins released their list of inactives, which didn’t include their eight-time Pro Bowl receiving threat.
Dolphins WR depth chart
The inclusion of Hill is key for the Dolphins, because the team is lacking in receiving threats after its starting duo. Behind Hill and Jaylen Waddle on the depth chart is Odell Beckham Jr., a three-time Pro Bowler who spent the first four weeks of the season on the PUP list, but has zero receptions through two games played with the Dolphins.
There’s also sixth-round rookie Malik Washington and former Seattle Seahawks return specialist Dee Eskridge.
