This is a serious question I’m asking here, and one that I can’t necessarily answer for you since I don’t know your specific cable prices.
But: with YouTube TV going up a whole $10 a month ($82.99!) starting in January, will that send viewers BACK to cable?
For NFL fans who have NFL Sunday Ticket, I’m sure the answer is no. There are benefits to having that every NFL season, and the other sports that comes along with the streaming service.
But … isn’t cable TV in the vicinity of that in some places? At what point has unbundling actually surpassed the price of bundling, especially if you subscribe to other streaming services like Disney+ or Hulu?
This is a question people are asking on Thursday:
YouTube TV just increased their price again. All that cord cutting to go to these apps only for them to get back to the price of cable. 😂
