Will Taylor Rapp play vs. Chiefs? Injury updates for Bills safety

Buffalo Bills safety Taylor Rapp is struggling with an injury ahead of the AFC Championship Game. He made two tackles and defensed one pass before he was carted off the field during last week’s divisional-round win over the Baltimore Ravens.

Taylor Rapp injury update

Rapp is listed with hip and back injuries. After taking a hit that was feared could have left him with a broken him, Rapp was carted off the field and taken to be x-rayed. His examination did not reveal any broken bones, but he was not ready to return to practice on Wednesday or Thursday.

How long will Taylor Rapp be out?

Per Bills head coach Sean McDermott, Rapp is being evaluated day-to-day. At this point, he should be considered questionable to appear in the AFC Championship Game.

Rapp typically starts at strong safety. Buffalo’s second-stringer is Cole Bishop, who logged three tackles against the Ravens last Sunday.
