Will Smith is offering fans the chance to live like a (Fresh) Prince for one night.
The 51-year-old has announced the iconic Brentwood mansion has been added to Airbnb’s listings 30 years after he first starred in the career-changing sitcom The Fresh Prince of Bel Air.
Fans will recognise the grand white mansion from the show’s legendary opening credits, with the stay including a king bed in Smith's bedroom (where fans can shoot hoops in Air Jordans or rummage for outfits in Smith’s wardrobe), a full bathroom, pool area and outdoor lounge.
While the Fresh Prince’s interior shots were actually originally filmed on a closed set, the mansion has been decked out with "bold graffiti art and timeless family portraits".
Philly cheese steaks will also be served on silver platters, to give lucky guests the full Bel Air experience.
In the mansion’s description on Airbnb, Smith wrote: “Some may say I’ve done it all, but I’ve never opened the doors to a wing of the iconic mansion that helped launch my career.
“It holds a lot of special memories for me and my friends, and I hope you’ll leave with memories (and a dope handshake!) to last you well beyond your stay.
“It’s just as fly as it was when I first rolled up the driveway, and this time, I’m handing you the keys so you’ll have my wing of the mansion all to yourself - but my sneaker collection is off limits, aight?”
Smith himself will not be at the mansion while guests stay, but music collaborator DJ Jazzy Jeff and a socially-distanced mansion concierge will greet guests virtually upon arrival.
“They will give you the lay of the land,” Smith added. “Once you have the keys, the wing is all yours for the evening.”
And Smith is offering a very good deal; overnight bookings are $30 (£23.40) and are available for five specific days (Oct. 2, 5, 8, 11 and 14). Booking opens Tuesday, September 29.
However, only a select few are in with a chance to stay in the Bel Air mansion.
Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, all guests who request to book must already be Los Angeles County residents and currently live in the same household.
The mansion will then be cleaned according to CDC rules.
