Scruggs is dealing with an ankle injury and did not participate in Houston’s practice session on Tuesday. However, his condition seemed to improve over the course of the week, and Scruggs was able to run drills with the Texans in a limited capacity on Wednesday before being upgraded to a full participant on Friday.
