
Fan favorite cornerback Jaylen Watson has been absent from the Kansas City Chiefs’ starting lineup since he was injured in the team’s Week 7 tilt against the San Fransisco 49ers.
He was activated off Kansas City’s injured reserve list this week, but was still listed on the Chiefs’ injury report ahead of the defending Super Bowl champions’ divisional-round playoff matchup against the Houston Texans on Saturday, January 18.

Watson was placed on injured reserve after sustaining a lower-body injury in Week 7. This week, Watson returned to practice as a full participant and was officially activated from Kansas City’s injured reserve list.
