Hollywood actor Will Ferrell will return to Anfield tonight to watch Liverpool take on Everton despite claims he will not be allowed back after his most recent visit.
The Anchorman and Step Brothers star was previously in L4 to watch the Reds suffer defeat to Swansea City in 2017. Ferrell has been in the United Kingdom after embarking on a footballing tour which has taken in Wrexham's win over Bromley in the National League, Aston Villa's defeat to Manchester City before QPR take on Sunderland.
This week, the LAFC owner was spotted on Merseyside taking in the scenes around Liverpool, including Liverpool ONE and restaurant Mamasan. Tonight, he will be at Anfield for Sean Dyche's first Merseyside derby as the Reds look to pick up their first win of 2023.

He last in attendance six years ago as Fernando Llorente's double downed Jurgen Klopp's side which featured the likes of Simon Mignolet and Nathaniel Clyne. After the disappointing result, the 55-year-old felt he wouldn't be invited back to the Reds.
"Last season I was at a Manchester United game, a Liverpool match and a Chelsea match," Ferrell told Mark Lawrenson for the BBC in 2017.
"All very exciting. I think I will never be invited back to Anfield because it was the historic day Liverpool lost to Swansea at home for the first time!"
The Monday night football clash will be one of four matches that Ferrell and his friends will be taking in during their trip this side of the Atlantic. Including the Merseyside derby which will see Dyche take charge of his first since taking over at Goodison Park.
"We’ve done a few of these trips now," he told The Athletic. "But to college football. Usually, we pick out a USC (University of Southern California) game, which is where I went to school. But, this time, we decided to do proper football.
"Now here in Wrexham, I see how they have really invested in what it takes to run a club. I find it kind of cool how much of an investment in the community this is. Having a presence, as opposed to being distant figureheads who never come to visit.
"It doesn’t surprise me. Because that is the way Ryan is. Having got to know him, he is that thorough. Ryan loves figuring out a puzzle."
