Will extra childcare help you work more?

Chancellor of the Exchequer Jeremy Hunt has today (March 15) revealed his Spring Budget, with a number of policies put forward to help tackle the cost of living crisis.

Key policies announced are the extension of the energy price guarantee, which had initially been set to go up to £3,000, to remain at £2,500, and free childcare extended to include parents of one and two-year olds.

Currently, only parents of three and four-year olds are eligible for the support, but parents of younger children are now set to also be offered 30 hours of free childcare a week.

The scheme is aimed at helping more people get back to work as the government look to try and boost economic growth.

Following the announcement of these plans this afternoon, we want to hear from you on whether you think the scheme would be helpful. To share your views, fill in our survey below or via this link if it isn't displaying.
