Everton have six games to save their premier league status as their fight against relegation continues.
The Blues suffered a 2-0 defeat in the Merseyside derby last weekend, having picked up four points from their two previous games. However, consecutive wins for Burnley have plunged Everton into the relegation zone, two points adrift from safety.
Next up for Frank Lampard’s side, Everton host Chelsea at Goodison on Sunday, hoping to produce a surprise result in front of the home crowd. While Burnley travel to relegation rivals Watford this weekend.
Crucially, the Blues still have a game in hand and will face Leicester, Watford, Brentford, Crystal Palace and Arsenal before the end of the season. Whereas the rest of Burnley’s run-in consists of two games with Aston Villa, as well as Tottenham and Newcastle.
