Will Christian Pulisic and Matt Turner be named in the USMNT squad for Grenada and El Savador

The USMNT's CONCACAF Nations League league campaign will come to an end this month and Anthony Hudson's side's fortunes are in their own hands.

The opportunity to finish top of Group B and qualify for the finals of the competition remains possible for the U.S. with two games remaining. The Yanks travel to face Grenada on Friday March 24 before welcoming El Salvador to Orlando on Monday March 27.

Should they beat Grenada and, at least, draw with current leaders El Salvador, they will secure their spot in the Nations League final, which is scheduled to take place in June.

With just over a week until the fixture at the Kirani James Athletic Stadium - Grenada's National Stadium - talk of who Hudson will name in his squad for the upcoming international break is intensifying.

In January, the last international break, there was little room for many European stars - six to be precise in Chelsea goalkeeper Gabriel Slonina, Jonathan Gomez (Real Sociedad), Sam Rogers (Rosenborg), Paxten Aaronson (Eintracht Frankfurt), Emmanuel Sabbi (OB) and Matthew Hoppe (Hibernian).

This upcoming international break provides Hudson with the opportunity to hand numerous stars of the USA's World Cup stars back to the squad. One star-studied star Americans will want to see return is Christian Pulisic. The Chelsea winger recently returned to action after being out injured since January and is available for selection,

Pulisic came off the bench for Graham Potter's men in their recent victories over Borussia Dortmund and Leicester City. There is also the possibility of fellow Premier League players Tim Ream, Antonee Robinson, Tyler Adams, Weston McKennie and Brenden Aaronson to be named.

Arsenal goalkeeper Matt Turner could also be in contention to receive a call-up, despite only making three appearances in 2023. The former New England Revolution ace faces tough competition from Middlesbrough's Zack Steffen for the spot as Hudson's number one.

The squad announcement is expected to come before this weekend's domestic action. Some countries have already named their squads and more are due to follow.
