Shoppers are flocking to high street giant Wilko after a 25p bargain was spotted on shelves. Millions of people use the popular item every day, but it usually costs upwards of £1 at stores like ASDA, Tesco, Home Bargains and Sainsbury's.
One shopper couldn't believe her luck after she nipped into her local Wilko store and found 383ml bottles of Fairy washing up liquid for 25p. The premium-brand product is popular with countless households in the UK, so it's no surprise people are already snapping it up for such a cheap price.
The deal was shared on the popular Extreme Couponing and Bargains Facebook group. Unsurprisingly, it recieved a huge response, and now shoppers are rushing to Wilko to try and bag the same bargain.

Posting on the group, Laura Crown captioned an image she took of the products above a 25p label on a shelf, "Wilko 25p each". The post quickly grabbed the attention of many, with hundreds rushing to comment on the inexpensive find.
Currently, on the Wilko website, a 383ml bottle of Fairy pomegranate and honeysuckle washing up liquid is on sale for 25p. As it stands, the item comes under the retailer's 'Priced Locked Essentials' range - which is Wilko's initiative to keep "100s of your favourites price locked for at least 90 days."
Many were impressed with some tagging their friends, asking for them to have a look to see if the price applies in their local store. Linda replied: "That's a bargain!" Ian added: "Clear the shelf clear the shelf. Bargain."
One fellow bargain hunter asked: "Which Wilko was this in?" to which Laura replied: "Chelmsford". Lisa urged: "Be careful! Horsham store screwed up with their price labels. Yes they are 25p a bottle but went to scan and the new 320ml (smaller than 383ml) are scanning £1 .. also the bigger bottles 75p but the labels don't match the sizes of bottles." Laura responded: "That's unfair! I did check and they are both scanning at 25p each."
Upon checking, NottinghamshireLive found that 25p bottles can only be found in certain stores, so don't be too disappointed if you don't manage to get some. However, Wilko is selling 1190ml bottles of Fairy Clean and Fresh Pomegranate washing up liquid for 75p in all stores - which is still considerably cheaper than in other stores.
