Wigan Athletic boss Leam Richardson did not feel there was a case to send anyone off in his side's draw against Bolton Wanderers amid claims James McClean should be have dismissed.
McClean put the Latics in front early in the first half as his cross found its way all the way through to give the hosts an early lead.
Leam Richardson's side dominated much of the first half but a big moment came before half-time when referee Samuel Barrott refrained from showing McClean a second yellow card following a foul on Dapo Afolayan, for whom he had fouled for his opening booking earlier in the game.

Wanderers were the better team after the break and got a deserved equaliser when Bodvarsson rose to nod home Will Aimson's cross and give Wanderers a share of the spoils.
The result leaves Wanderers 11th in League One and the Latics level on points with Rotherham United in the race for the title and automatic promotion.
But Richardson did not believe any challenges in the game merited a dismissal to be made and that his side ought to have had the three points wrapped up by the break, but that it was a good derby match at the DW Stadium.
“I didn’t think there was a tackle in the game that deserved to make it an uneven game,” he told Wigan Today.
“I thought the referee and the officials managed the game extremely well. In my opinion, there was no need to send anybody off.
“I thought we controlled large parts of the game. I thought we were excellent in the first half, possibly should have put the game to bed by half time.
“In fact, for the first 60 minutes we dominated large parts of the game but now and again you have to dig in and defend.
“Both teams kept each other honest throughout, it was fantastic for the fans and a good derby occasion.”
