Wife of Line Of Duty's Adrian Dunbar starred as sexy stripper in The Sweeney

Mother of God! Strait-laced Superintendent Ted Hastings would never approve of this.

It's Anna Nygh, the wife of Line Of Duty actor Adrian Dunbar, writhing around in lingerie in an old film clip.

The racy stripper routine was shown to detectives in the 1978 film The Sweeney 2 as part of an investigation.

As she peeled off her stockings and rubber undies, she left Carter and Regan — played by Dennis Waterman and the late John Thaw — with their eyes out on stalks and mouths agape.

Actress Anna filmed the scene eight years before she married Adrian in 1986.

Real-life Line of Duty: Undercover cop saved woman from murder after corrupt cops stole £200k

The couple, who live in London and have a home in County Leitrim, were introduced by actress Joanne Whalley, the former wife of Val Kilmer.

These days it is Adrian’s turn to enjoy sex symbol status, as Line of Duty fans insist that H stands for “hot” or “handsome”.

Line of Duty's H is 'very close' ally of Hastings but is NOT Gill, insists ex-cop

But loyal Adrian, 60, insists his head will never turn.

He says: “I’ve got my woman and she’s a very good one.

“I wouldn’t let her down.”
