Why there’s a disturbing horror version of ‘Winnie the Pooh’ coming to theaters, explained

Have you ever been in one of those situations where you’re just scrolling through your different social media feeds and you stumble upon weird videos?

It’s totally random. You start watching it and then BOOM. There’s some scary face that pops up out of nowhere and makes you throw your phone across the room.

Yes? Very annoying, right? And also terrifying? Well, I had one of those moments yesterday. Not with a video or anything. It was just an image I saw on Twitter…of Winnie the Pooh.

And not playful Winnie the Poohs either. Nope, definitely not the nice kind of Winnie the Pooh you see at Disneyland.

It was this guy.

Apparently, there’s a Winnie the Pooh film coming that is being made into an R-rated horror flick and Pooh looks worse than Ugly Sonic.

You’re probably asking, “wait, why is Disney doing this?” And the answer to that is they actually aren’t. This isn’t a Disney movie. It’s just a Winnie the Pooh movie.

How does that happen? Let me explain.
