The San Antonio Spurs bought out veteran wing Reggie Bullock on this past Saturday after the Dallas Mavericks sent him to San Antonio in the trade with the Boston Celtics that allowed the Mavs to sign former Celtics reserve forward Grant Williams.
Boston couldn’t bring back Bullock’s $10-million deal in that trade, but can now sign him for the veteran’s minimum as The Athletic’s Shams Charania points toward numerous title contenders signing the 3-and-D shooter. How could Bullock could end up in Boston and how might such a move connect to the Jrue Holiday trade the Celtics made on Sunday?
