Tottenham Hotspur's trip to Nottingham Forest in the Carabao Cup this evening will not be televised. Spurs have just two games to go until the World Cup break, starting with this evening's clash.
Antonio Conte's side suffered a 2-1 home defeat to Liverpool at the weekend, but despite a reasonably inconsistent past few weeks, the Italian will be relatively happy with how things are going at present.
The Lilywhites sit fourth in the Premier League, just one point adrift of Newcastle United in third. Meanwhile, they'll be looking forward to a knockout Champions League date with AC Milan early on in 2023 as Spurs look to progress to the latter stages of the competition.

However, their immediate attention will be on finishing strongly before Qatar 2022. Many hope that they will finally end their trophy drought under Conte and the EFL cup is one of the best opportunities available to do just that. Therefore, winning at the City Ground is important and Spurs' boss won't be taking anything for granted.
Unfortunately for supporters, the game won't be televised in the UK. That's because the only Carabao Cup clash on English television is Manchester City vs Chelsea, which will be shown live on Sky Sports.
Luckily though, football.london have you covered. Tottenham correspondent Alasdair Gold is at the City Ground and will bring you all the build-up and the action as it happens via this link. Make sure to tune in to find out what's happening.
