Ibrahima Konate starts for Liverpool as Jordan Henderson misses out entirely against Napoli.
Konate has started just one other game for the Reds this season - the 7-1 hammering of Rangers last month - but is back in the side next to Virgil van Dijk as the Reds aim to finish their Group A campaign on a high against the Serie A leaders.
It's four changes in total for the Reds as Kostas Tsimikas also comes into the defence at left-back, while Curtis Jones starts in what could be an advanced midfield position.
The midfielder also has the flexibility to start out on the left for Jurgen Klopp too, making the formation a potentially fluid one against Luciano Spalletti's Serie A leaders.

Elsewhere in midfield, James Milner is named alongside Fabinho and Thiago Alcantara as Darwin Nunez drops to the bench with a visit to Tottenham this Sunday to come for the Reds.
A youthful bench sees Klopp name Calvin Ramsay alongside Stefan Bajcetic, Fabio Carvalho and Harvey Elliott.
Henderson is not risked after undertaking a solo training session at the AXA Centre on Monday.
Liverpool: Alisson: Alexander-Arnold, Konate, Van Dijk, Tsimikas; Fabinho, Thiago, Milner; Salah, Firmino, Jones.
