Dancing on Ice presenter Holly Willoughby has had to miss out on presenting the show's semi-final.
The regular co-host, who appears on the ITV programme alongside her fellow This Morning presenter Phillip Schofield, had to stand aside from appearing on the programme on Sunday, March 13.
She missed the semi-final of the show after contracting Covid-19, a spokesman for the broadcaster confirmed. But they said she will be back for the final of the series.
A spokesman for the broadcaster said ahead of the show: “Unfortunately Holly Willoughby is unable to host tonight’s show after testing positive for Covid-19,” the spokesperson said. We look forward to Holly returning for the Dancing on Ice live final.”
Earlier in the series Schofield had to miss the show after contracting Covid-19 with Stephen Mulhern deputising on that occasion. But for the semi-final Schofield will host the programme solo as viewers wait to see which of the five celebrities will make it through to the final.
Kimberly Wyatt, Connor Ball, Regan Gascoigne, Brendan Cole, and Kye Whyte are all in the running to win the series. Go here to see everyone who has been voted off so far in this series.
