Former Leeds United star Ross McCormack has urged his old club to make signing Rangers midfielder Glen Kamara a priority.
The forward, who also turned out in a Gers shirt, believes the Championship side would offer the Finland international the ideal platform to get his career back on track.
The 27-year-old is on his way out of Ibrox. Michael Beale has made it clear that he expects Kamara to move on, and he is currently training away from the first team.
He still has two years left on his current deal at Rangers, and the hierarchy of the club hopes to raise around £5million in funds with any sale.
Leeds boss Daniel Farke is believed to be interested in the Finnish ball-winning midfielder, but no offer has been put in front of Rangers yet.
And former Scotland winger McCormack believes Kamara would add significant quality to Leeds' team.
He told the Daily Mail: "Every single game Glen plays he's at least a 7.5 out of 10, he doesn't give the ball away and he'd give them great stability.
"Leeds have a great young talent in Archie Gray and he'd benefit from having someone like Glen alongside him.
"Glen has played nearly every game for Finland since the last European Championships - he's got over 50 caps - and played regularly for Rangers in Europe, what he can pass on to young players like Gray is invaluable.
"He's more than good enough for the level."
