But there’s this from The Lantern that’s worth monitoring: Davis had posted something on Instagram showing a video that suggested he was on the trip with the team to the Cotton Bowl. Turns out he had posted images from last year’s trip.
“That led offensive lineman George Fitzpatrick, currently in the transfer portal, to comment ‘You don’t play here,'” wrote the paper’s Noah Weiskopf.
