Manchester City moved 13 points ahead of Chelsea in the Premier League on Saturday with a 1-0 win at the Etihad Stadium, leaving their title chances all but over.
Kevin De Bruyne scored the winner but it was Thomas Tuchel's Belgian star who was the topic of fierce debate after full-time.
Romelu Lukaku was signed in the summer for £97million and was expected to be the final piece of the puzzle in Chelsea's chase for another top-flight title.
But another poor performance against Pep Guardiola's side left many calling for his run in the starting XI to come to an end, with that infamous interview with Sky Italia still angering many too.
So it was no surprise to see a strong reaction to Lukaku being named in Tuchel's starting XI for tonight's trip to Brighton.
Many wanted and expected Kai Havertz or Timo Werner to be called up in his place but the German stuck to his guns and has given the striker a chance to put things right.
However, that same patience was not shown among many Chelsea fans, who were angered by the decision...
