Whoopi Goldberg had an awkward moment on the latest edition of The View after mispronouncing a guest's name.
The actress had only just returned from an enforced break from the show after catching Covid. And she made the mishap when trying to introduce actor Kumail Nanjiani to the audience.
Whoopi - or should we call her Whoopsi - had trouble with the star's name as she introduced him, stumbling: "Please welcome Kumail Nanjin...Nanjiani."
She could be seen rolling her eyes at her own mistake, but thankfully it appeared as though the star of Hulu's miniseries Welcome to Chippendales was unfazed.
It's not the first blunder she's made since returning to the show this week. In her first appearance back on Monday, she spoke to rapper Rev Run about his new movie, The Hip Hop Nutcracker.
Part way through the chat, he confessed he was happy to see the presenter back in front of the camera. Whoopi replied: "Yeah. I had COVID. Yeah. I was out again. Over it."
The rapper then pointed to Whoopi's sweatshirt which was emblazoned with the words "Over it", bringing about a chuckle from other panellists.
However, the brief interaction caused Whoopi to miss her cue to send the show to the ad break, leading to a producer needing to have a word in her ear.
Pointing to the camera, she asked: "Oh, you want me to talk? Ok." She then gave the outro before cutting to a commercial break.
Earlier in the month, Whoopi was forced to apologise live on air for comments she had made when she said former president was just wanting attention when he mispronounced a name.
Co-host Ana Navarro said Whoopi was "being bad", and said: "He's supporting Marco Rubio, who he used to call Little Marco. He used to laughed about the size of his hands. And laugh about how much he sweats and how much he needed water."
Sunny Hostin interrupted her and asked: "I thought Trump was the one with the small hands."
Sara Haines then corrected her, saying: "No. Rubio was Small Hands Rubio," and as Ana started to continue her statement, Whoopi interrupted her by saying: "Maybe they all got small hands."
Her co-hosts laughed as off screen she did something with her hands, but on-screen she apologised and pouted to the camera.
