MORRISTOWN, N.J. – Former UFC double champion Henry Cejudo is ending a three-year retirement to return to the cage, but his peers feel relatively good about his chances to regain gold.
Cejudo (16-2 MMA, 10-2 UFC) is set to challenge bantamweight champion Aljamain Sterling (22-3 MMA, 14-3 UFC) in the UFC 288 main event Saturday night at Prudential Center in Newark, N.J. The event streams on ESPN+ pay-per-view following prelims on ESPN and ESPN+.
On Wednesday, various fighters from the UFC 288 lineup – including co-headliners Gilbert Burns and Belal Muhammad – weighed in with their analysis and predictions during media day.
