With the line-up of Celebs Go Dating 2022 being announced recently, many fans of the show are taking a closer look at some of the contestants.
One of the early celebrities to capture the viewer’s interest is the former Apprentice contestant, Ryan-Mark Parsons.
Speaking about his upcoming appearance on the show to Radio Times, he said: “I’ve been so hopeless in love, I’ve tried everything – I’ve tried the dating apps, I’ve tried meeting people in person – it just hasn’t worked; I really need the dating experts to help me out. I’m so glad the agency doors are back open for this series.”

Who is Ryan-Mark Parsons?
Ryan-Mark Parsons is a columnist, media personality and commentator. First hitting our screens as a contestant in The Apprentice, he now has a column in the Daily Star and regularly appears in debate sections on Good Morning Britain and GB News that often go viral.
In 2020, he controversially argued that the fur of koalas that had died in Australian bushfires should be used for luxury items to be sold to raise money for charity.
He is a patron of the Go Beyond Charity, which changes the lives of children “through breaks that encourage self-belief and inspire adventure.”
When was Ryan-Mark Parsons on The Apprentice?
Ryan-Mark was on series 15 of The Apprentice, which aired in 2019 when he was aged 19 (making him the youngest ever contestant on the show).
In his audition tape, he compared himself to a luxury handbag, stating: “You see this beautiful handbag emblazoned with diamonds and the beautiful crocodile finish, but it’s actually concealing something inside and that’s what I like to bring, as well, to the table.”
He went on to describe himself as “the epitome… of luxury.”
Sir Alan Sugar fired him in week eight of the series.
Is Ryan-Mark Parsons on Instagram?
At the time of writing, Ryan-Mark’s Instagram profile has just over 24,200 followers. The bio lists that he was described as an “eccentric posho” by The Telegraph. He uses his profile to share updates on upcoming appearances, such as Celebs Go Dating.
