Roman Kemp and his girlfriend Anne-Sophie Flury are currently in quarantine together amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The loved-up pair have been dating for around two years, and appear to be isolating at their "dream" home in London.
The Capital Breakfast presenter's girlfriend grew up in Switzerland, and is reportedly a neuroscientist.
She is said to have created a product called Shu Gum, which was designed to eliminate odours and clean shoes.
It seems Anne-Sophie, who is nicknamed Soph by her boyfriend, also does lots of modelling work on her Instagram.
She shot to fame as she publicly supported her hunky boyfriend during his appearance on last year's I'm A Celebrity.
The pair have become absolute couple goals, so let's take a look at what they've been getting up to in lock down.
Roman and Soph have been passing time by playing dress-up together, as they shared a series of hilarious snaps to Instagram.
The hunk, 27, let his girlfriend paint his face with make-up, and he seemed to love it.
He donned red lipstick and a silver hair wig, and alongside a photo he joked: "She slides in your dm's wyd?"
The star added: "Quarantine reached new levels and I let @coochiebygucci do full makeup for me. Meet Rowena xoxo ❤"
But that isn't enough to keep the pair occupied, as they've been learning wild dance moves for TikTok videos.
One week into the lock down, Roman had caved and jumped on the bandwagon.
Posting a video of him and Soph taking on a challenge, he wrote: "The other pandemic sweeping the world right now... yes I’ve jumped on TikTok and yes Soph and I intend on doing all the ones you’ve seen before ❤️".
️Meanwhile on Anne-Sophie's Instagram, the brunette beauty has been documenting their daily walks alongside their pooch - Luna Flury-Kemp.
Soph shared a snap of herself kissing their pup, and admitted every walk is a "daily photo opportunity".
They even have a joint Instagram account for their fur baby, which is full of adorable doggy snaps.
During the lock down, Roman has been teaching himself a bit of DIY.
He posted a GIF on Instagram holding a drill, and wrote: "With so much home time atm I'm actually getting some home stuff done!"
The couple moved into their lavish home back in January, and it seems they haven't had much time to decorate since.
Speaking on Capital this morning, Roman admitted he has seen his girlfriend "demolish" a pot of Nutella very quickly.
Roman and his co-stars Sonny Jay and Sian Welby were discussing things they have learnt about their partners in quarantine.
The star also said he had introduced his Swiss girlfriend to some old songs she has never heard, and described it as "a lot of fun".
He said she's since been blasting some of the number one songs out in their home.
