Who is on the Late Late Show with Ryan Tubridy this week? Love Island winner to lead line-up for season return

Love Island winner Ekin-Su will lead the Late Late Show line-up for the show’s season return on Friday night.

Summer is officially over as Ryan Tubridy is set to return to the telly this evening with a brand new season of the Friday night chat show.

Ryan will chat with Love Island winner Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu live in studio about dominating this year's villa, why Davide is her type on paper, whether she might find herself heading back to the villa in a different role and her Irish connection.

It comes after pictures of the star wearing an 'Ireland' pageant sash whilst posing in a bikini went viral during her time in the show.

She was representing Ireland in the 2011 Miss Asia Pacific World pageant, during which she said her hometown was Dublin.

Ekin-Su is in town to join makeup moguls BPerfect Cosmetics as they make their mark on Dublin with their latest store opening at Blanchardstown Shopping Centre on Saturday morning.

The new Dublin location is just the latest in their repertoire of stores worldwide, adding to their recently opened store on the Spanish Isle of Ibiza this summer as well as their Mega Stores in Belfast, Derry and Glasgow.

Michael Flatley is also joining Tubridy on the show, as he returns for his 14th year at the helm of the world’s longest-running live chat show this Friday 2nd September, 9:35 pm.

The Lord of the Dance star will talk about his debut feature film Blackbird, which he has written, directed and stars in.

Michael will talk about how his mother encouraged him to pursue acting and his excitement at finally seeing his movie hit the big screen.

After 30 years on our summer television screens, Pat Spillane has called it a day as a Sunday Game analyst.

He will speak with Ryan about his decision, what he plans to do next and that emotional tribute to his father that captured the hearts of the nation.

Plus, there will be music from Tolü Mackay for a very special performance of Mercy Mercy Me including music from The RTÉ Concert Orchestra and a few other surprises on the night that is not to be missed.

Ryan said: “I am absolutely delighted to be back in the hot seat this Friday night and we are back with a bang! Friday night promises a great, fun and fascinating array of guests.

"Where else would you want to be? Put the kettle on, or pour yourself a glass. It's Friday, it's The Late Late Show and we’re open for business!”
