Fans of Emmerdale were left a little confused at the latest twist in the show as it was revealed Mark Bails had died.
This led to speculation across social media as viewers tried to remember who Mark Bails was after Charity took Cain to his grave. @mobrees wrote: "Who is Mark Bails ??"
Meanwhile @TheMCook wrote: "Anybody else on google?"

However, others took to Twitter to explain exactly who he was. Mark Bails is the man who raped Charity Dingle while she was a teenager.
In tonight's episode, Charity stole a car with Cain and drove off to the grave where she suddenly revealed the grave to Cain. They then began to discuss the impact he had made on Charity over the years.
It was a scene a little out of the blue who took people off guard.
@Onelifee3 wrote: "Man who raped charity for anyone wondering who he is."
Many others were left confused as to why Charity appeared upset.
Mark Bails first appeared in the show as Harriet Finch's boss in 2014 and was in the show as a DI for four years until his final appearance in 2018.
