Mabel has won the category for Female Solo Artist at the Brit Awards 2020.
The singer, who opened the show with a performance of her hit song Don't Call Me Up, thanked her parents as she accepted the award.
She also made a nod to her superstar mum who walked the red carpet with her, pointing out it had been 30 years since her mother had won two of her own Brit awards.
So who is Mabel's mum?
The singer's mother is none other than the brilliant Neneh Cherry, who was taking home awards before Mabel was even born.
The now 55 year old is a singer and songwriter whose musical career started in London in the 80s.
She found success with many albums, including Man which featured worldwide hits.
Neneh won Best International Breakthrough and Best International Solo Artist in 1990.
Many people have been taking to Twitter following Mabel's speech.
One wrote: "Am I the only person frantically googling 'who is @Mabel's mum?' and then going 'OMG it's @misscherrylala Neneh Cherry!!'

A second added: "How did I not know that Mabel's mum is Neneh Cherry?? #Brits2020."
Mabel was up against Charli XCX, FKA Twigs, Freya Ridings and Mahalia in the Female Solo Artist category.
The artist was visibly emotional as she picked up the award and spoke about the other talented artists who were also up for the awards.
