Internet’s popular entertainer KSI is due to face Tommy Fury in the coming days, with the upcoming fight scheduled to take place on October 14 in Manchester.
The 30-year-old social media star has previously beaten others in the ring, but this will be his first time since apologising for using a racist slur in a video.
Ahead of the extravaganza that will see the pair share a ring again following a post-fight face-off back in May, many have been wondering who exactly KSI is and how much he is worth.

Who is KSI?
KSI, born Olajide Olayinka Willians Olatunji, is a British YouTuber, rapper, and boxer who is known for being one of the founders and members of the YouTube group Sidemen.
He is also an entrepreneur and the CEO of Misfits Boxing, as well as co-owning beverage company Prime Hydration, the alcohol brand XIX Vodka, and a restaurant chain named Sides.
The Londoner’s career began when he joined YouTube back in 2009, sharing gaming commentary videos. Before long, his content attracted thousands of viewers and followers, shooting him to fame.
In 2016, KSI teamed up with Endemol Shine Group to publish a video game entitled KSI Unleashed on IOS and Android. However, the game is reported to have been removed from the Google Play Store and App Store.
Then, in 2020, the creative decided to try his hand at music, releasing his debut studio album Dissimulation.
His showbusiness portfolio also includes acting. KSI has been featured in Laid in America and made documentaries about parts of his life over the years, such as KSI: In Real Life, and KSI: Can’t Lose.
How much is KSI’s net worth?
According to reports, the 30-year-old is worth $27 million, which equates to a little over £21 million.
His wealth has accumulated over the years as his YouTube career flourished, as did his subsequent music career. His content deals with Amazon Prime have been lucrative, as have his businesses.
Why did KSI have to apologise after a recent online video?
The entrepreneur issued a public apology after using a racist slur, which was a four-letter word while referring to people of Pakistani origin, during a The Sideman video that was shared on YouTube.
After facing criticism, he tweeted: “I wanna apologise for saying a racial slur in a recent Sidemen video. There’s no excuse, no matter the circumstances, I shouldn’t have said it and I’m sorry.
“I’ve always said to my audience that they shouldn’t worship me or put me on a pedestal because I’m human. I’m not perfect, I’m gonna mess up in life, and lately I’ve been messing up a lot.
“So I’ve decided I’m gonna just take a break from social media for a while.”
The video has since been removed from The Sidemen YouTube channel.
