Who is in the Cooking with the Stars season 2 line-up - including Anton Du Beke and Dr Ranj Singh

Cooking with the Stars is returning to ITV 2 for a second season. The cooking show will see eight celebrities compete to be the best chef.

Hosted by Emma Willis and Tom Allen, the show will pair celebrity guests with a professional chef. The professional will then mentor the celebrities to prep dishes, taking them from amateur chefs to becoming restaurant-level chefs.

This six-part cooking competition will take place later this year in the summer season on ITV 2. Stars include comedian Joe Wilkinson and Anton Du Beke.

Speaking on presenting Cooking with the Stars series two, Emma Willis said:‘’Tom and I had so much fun last series and I’m looking forward to getting back into the kitchen. The pressure the celebs are under is real and once the competition starts heating up everybody wants to win, but I’m hoping there isn’t as much blood as the last series!’’

Who is in the Cooking with the Stars season 2 line-up?

The cooking lineup for Cooking with the Stars season two will be professional dancer Anton Du Beke, Olympian Dame Kelly Holmes, This Morning’s Josie Gibson, Chaser Anne Hegerty, Love Island’s Maura Higgins, TV expert Dr Ranj Singh, comedian Joe Wilkinson and DJ Woody Cook.

The chefs who will be partaking in this season include British chef Rosemary Shrager, renowned chef Ronnie Murray, chef director Jack Stein, Korean chef Judy Joo, Michelin Starred French chef Jean-Christophe Novelli, Scottish chef Tony Singh MBE, This Morning chef Clodagh McKenna and restaurateur Mike Reid.

Speaking about hosting the new season of the cooking show, Tom Allen said ‘’Emma Willis and I have so much fun working together. The celebrities are being trained by some of the best chefs in the business and with the clock ticking it’s always tense to see if they’ll improve their cooking enough each week to measure up to the judges’ high standards.”
