With the tenth season of Love Island just around the corner, fans are starting to get excited about the 2023 lineup for the show which is being filmed at the famous Mallorca villa.
Five boys and five girls have already been announced as the first islanders to be entering the Love Island villa - and among them is 23-year-old Scottish supermodel Ella Thomas.
The fashion model will be joined by her fellow contestants to face the first coupling of the season when the show returns to our screens on Monday, June 5.
Here we take a closer look at who the fashion model is, what she wants to get out of her time in the Love Island villa and her famous connections.
Who is Ella Thomas?
Ella is a 23-year-old award-winning fashion model from Glasgow and is likely to turn some heads in the villa this year with her gorgeous looks and confident personality.
The Scottish beauty was named as Female Model of the Year at the Scottish media awards in October 2022 and aside from her modelling career, she has also starred in some famous music videos and made connections with one of Hollywood's biggest actors.
When asked by ITV what her claim to fame was, she revealed that she has starred in a Headie One and Burna Burna Boy music video as well as being cast as an extra in the highest grossing zombie film of all time, World War Z.
The 23-year-old told bosses before she entered the villa: "I was 12 years old when I filmed it and got to meet Brad Pitt which was cool."
Why is Ella going into the Love Island villa?
Ella is looking to find love in the villa like most of the other islanders and states that she believes she is the "whole package".
When asked why someone would want to date her, she responded: "I'm the whole package, I know what I want in life and I’ve got a big heart."
However, the Scottish model has warned that she is not one to mess around, which is something she wants to make all her fellow islanders aware of.
She told ITV bosses: "I’d let the boys know that I’m wifey material so don’t play with me!"
Is Ella on Instagram?
The 23-year-old beauty queen already boasts 14.2K followers on Instagram and from the looks of her jaw dropping profile she is sure to be a success in the villa.
Some of Ella's most recent pictures showcase her glamorous lifestyle and the Scottish model flaunting her gorgeous figure in a bikini during her recent travels to Dubai, Palm Springs, Miami and Greece.
It seems the star has just recently celebrated her birthday in April as one of her pinned pictures show her on a night out with her friends in Glasgow in a gorgeous black floor length backless satin dress.
Ella can be found on Instagram under the handle @ellathomas_ and her bio now reads: "I'm off to find love in the @loveisland villa".
