Who does Notre Dame play in the 2025 college football season?

Notre Dame (Organization) ACC the Fighting Irish

Notre Dame came within a game of winning the national championship. The Fighting Irish return to the field against the Miami Hurricanes of the ACC to kick off the 2025 season.

Notre Dame is an independent but plays four other ACC schools. The dates for those games have yet to be set but the opponents are: at Pitt, at Boston College, North Carolina State, and Syracuse.

The Miami game is scheduled for Hard Rock Stadium on Aug. 30 but it could move anywhere from Aug. 28 to Sept. 1.

The Fighting Irish will then play Texas A&M, and Purdue in South Bend, then are at Arkansas before Boise State. then USC, and Navy.

The ACC games will be blended in with the contests that are already scheduled.
