It's thought that Phillip Schofield's presenting career is on the line as it has been reported that he and co-star Holly Willoughby haven't been getting on.
The 61-year-old has recently released a statement where he seemed to confirm that he and Holly haven't been seeing eye to eye.
The dad-of-two's days at ITV's This Morning are thought to be numbered as some think he could be being replaced.
Phillip explained that the last few weeks "haven't been easy" for them.
He said: "The last few weeks haven’t been easy for either of us," the 61 year old said. "As I have said before, Holly is my rock.
"We’re the best of friends – as always, she is an incredible support on screen, behind the scenes and on the phone."
Phillip added to The Sun : "Holly has always been there for me, through thick and thin. And I’ve been there for her."
Some celebrity names have now emerge as who could replace Phil if he were to leave his regular This Morning presenting gig.
Rylan Clark is the favorite celeb to replace Phil, leading the way at 6/4.
This could be due to his extensive presenting experience, as well as having presented the ITV show in the past.
Marvin Humes is currently a 3/1 shot ahead of Dermot O'Leary, while 5/1 says Holly may reunite with her former Ministry of Mayhem co-presenter, Stephen Mulhern.
Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: "Phil and Holly's friendship is clearly on the rocks, and if This Morning chiefs were to freshen things up on the sofa, the odds suggest Rylan Clark is waiting in the wings to get the gig."
Other celebs that could potentially take on the huge gig include Sean Fletcher at 6/1, Martin Lewis at 8/1 and Adrian Chiles at 12/1.
Despite Phillip saying Holly had been his "rock" throughout the last few weeks, it has been said that she was shocked when the statement was released.
Phil is said to have confronted Holly after the statement which reportedly resulted in a tense talk.
It has not been confirmed whether Phil will be presenting Monday's This Morning or not.
