The 2022 World Cup is well and truly under way.
A number of the pre-tournament favourites have already played, with England starting in emphatic fashion with a 6-2 triumph over Iran, while Argentina stumbled at the first hurdle with a 2-1 defeat by Saudi Arabia.
France, the current holders of the World Cup after their 2018 triumph, are near the top of the bookmakers' odds lists, while five-time winners Brazil are invariably up near the summit when it comes to the fancied teams.
