Love Island Australia‘s spiciest season is chugging along, and we’ve got an inkling about which couples have put all their eggs in the basket — if you catch our drift! But as we wait for more episodes to trickle out, here’s which Love Island Australia 2024 couples are still together.
Heads up! This article contains Love Island Australia 2024 spoilers.
What makes this season even more exciting is that we’re getting two muy caliente twists: Hotel Amor and the Love Island gods.
But if you’re someone who just wants a speedrun on who makes it together in the end and beyond Mallorca, you’ve landed on the right page!
In this space, we’re discussing, listing and predicting all the Love Island Australia couples who have made it beyond the lights, camera and villa.
As the season is still going, a lot of these cheeky predictions are based on speculation and reality TV tea that’s floating out there. Like always, please take the tea with a grain of salt.
So… on to the golden question…
Which Love Island Australia 2024 couples are still together?
Are Em and Taylor still together?
This season’s first bombshell Taylor — who previously appeared on Channel Nine’s The Summit — was allowed to pick any gal he wanted at the first recoupling ceremony.
In a cheeky swoop, he ended up with Eilisha due to her “good looks” and “banter”.
Unfortunately, their recoupling didn’t last. In the second ceremony of the season, Taylor ended up dumping the fiery Queenslander for Em.
Although the new pair seem to be smitten, Taylor’s sister, Samantha, might’ve blown up her brother’s storyline via a single TikTok comment.
In a since-deleted comment under one of Love Island Australia‘s official TikTok, Samantha said “Em is not for Taylor” in response to a fan.
And before Taylor dropped into the villa, Aussie influencer Sam Guggenheimer posted a photo alongside the Love Island bombshell which some fans interpreted as a major spoiler to his journey in the villa.
Although the influencer neither confirmed nor denied if they were dating, punters who clocked the IG Story noted that she “quickly deleted” it not long after it went up.
Are Tommy and Sydney still together?
In the latest recoupling ceremony, two outsiders — Tommy, AKA the egg man, and Sydney, AKA the Love Island God — teamed up.
The Love Island US alum fell for Tommy’s eccentric personality that’ll you’ll only find in the depths of Down Under.
NGL, I’m falling for it too and I’m not even in the bloody villa!
It’s still early days for this pair, but both of them deserve happiness.
Are Zane and Kaylah still together?
As soon as Kaylah dropped into the villa, Zane‘s head was immediately turned from Xanthe to her!
In an emotional recoupling ceremony, Kaylah ended up picking Zane as her new boo-thang. As a result, Xanthe was left vulnerable in the villa.
It’s still very early to tell if these two have real connection and their social media moves unfortunately do not hint at a relationship outside of the show ‘cos just like most of the folks on this list, they do not follow each other on IG.
We’ve still got Hotel Amor to watch out for, so I guess their connection will truly be tested once that rolls around.
Are Dylan and Krissy still together?
Just like Kaylah, Krissy wreaked havoc in the villa by breaking up Dylan and Sophie who had literally just got together.
It’s early days for these two, but I personally don’t think they will last that long together in the villa.
Are Sophie and Mercedes still together?
Fresh from FBoy Island USA, Mercedes entered the Love Island Australia villa during the latest emotional recoupling ceremony which left Xanthe and Sophie single.
In a quick speed date, Mercedes had the opportunity to save one of the lovely ladies from being dumped from the villa.
Ultimately, the (allegedly) reformed FBoy ended up picking Sophie, which saw Xanthe cop the Love Island chopping block.
Sophie and Mercedes are the freshest couple in the villa, so it’s waaaaaaay too early to predict if these two make it beyond the drama.
Are Mimi and Steph still together?
Following the show’s Love Island God debacle, Steph ended up picking Mimi for his first coupling of the season.
However, in the recent recoupling ceremony, it looks like the duo could be building a real connection. Prior to Steph wreaking havoc on the villa, Mimi was originally with Dylan. However, the pair just couldn’t connect on an emotional level. As a result, Mimi ditched the bloke for the French lad.
It’s still early days for these two, but judging by their chats, there could be something there!
Are Hannah and Niko still together?
Niko and Hannah have now survived two recoupling ceremonies together.
Right off the bat, the pair were exchanging jokes about their lack of direction, spoke briefly about their love for Pirate of The Caribbean and were just having a cheeky laugh.
There haven’t been any hints that this pair have made it beyond the bombshells and villa, but what I can say is… They also don’t follow each other on IG. But they did survive the first and second recoupling ceremony, so who knows!
Who has been eliminated from Love Island Australia 2024?
Xanthe
Xanthe, 21, was unfortunately dumped from the villa after her ex partner Zane was picked by fresh bombshell Kaylah, and incoming bombshell Mercedes chose to save Sophie over her.
Xanthe shared that she went through an array of emotions when she was officially dumped from the villa.
“I felt happy, I felt sad, I felt annoyed, I felt a little bit mad for a little bit,” she shared in her exit interview.
Despite this, she revealed that she had no regrets regarding her time on the reality TV show, as well as her short ‘n’ sweet relationsip with Zane.
“I had a good time with Zane in the Villa. He did make me really happy, he made me laugh, he was what I was looking for. I wouldn’t go back and undo any of it but he also caused some tears, but it is very emotional in there,” she said.
Indigo
In an emotional elimination, Indigo was officially dumped from the villa after his partner (or ex-partner now) Sophie picked Dylan over him.
Following his exit from the villa, Indigo admitted he was blindsided by Sophie’s choice but didn’t hold any resentment towards his fellow islanders.
“I’ve caught up with her a few times, I get along with everyone so well,” Indigo said.
“There wasn’t really anyone in there that was someone I’d probably see myself with anyway, so no regrets. It was a fun time. It was such a good experience. I had heaps of fun, and everyone in there made it enjoyable.”
Right now, according to 9Entertainment, the 23-year-old sales manager isn’t looking for anything serious in his dating life. Who knows, maybe the bloke will join MAFS next time casting calls roll around!
Eilisha
Unfortunately, the first female islander to leave the villa is Eilisha, who was unfortunately dumped by the season’s first bombshell, Taylor, who ended up with Em.
Following her dumping, the fiery girly said she had “no regrets” jumping on the show. However, she did say her fellow co-star, Em, was “snakey”.
“She won. Good girl. Good on her, yeah,” Eilisha shared.
Kane
Unfortunately, with Xanthe picking Zane, Kane was booted out of the villa. Despite his short time on the show, Aussie audiences grew to love Kane for his easy-going attitude and love for Taylor Swift, which he shared with Xanthe.
Following his exit from the show, Kane admitted that he was “blindsided” by Xanthe’s choice as Zane “told [him] that Mimi was his number one”.
“I don’t have regrets. I think I did everything I could, all the people I wanted to talk to that I felt I had a connection with I talked to them,” Kane shared.
I honestly wished I saw more of Kane, but it is what it is.
Who will it be? I guess we’ll have to wait and see.
