Love Island 2023 ended in March with winners Kai Fagan and Sanam Harrinanan scooping the top prize during the glitzy grand finale in South Africa.
Now, a month on and what has become of the contestants who had us glued to our screens for eight weeks straight?
After leaving the bubble of the villa for the harsh real world, it’s no surprise that some couples have already called it quits and others are no longer speaking.
And some recognisable faces have also changed a bit upon leaving the show having decided to go under transformations.
If, like us, you’re currently counting down the hours until the summer series starts then read on for a Love Island hit of what your favourite stars have been up to…
Kai Fagan & Sanam Harrinanan
The winners of Love Island 2023 have proven their love is still going strong outside of the villa by keeping fans up to date on social media with what they've been getting up to, most recently enjoying a romantic break in Wales together.
The Kai and Sanam, both 24, have stuck close together as they get used to their newfound fame and even had to deny reports they had got engaged just days after winning the show.
Shaq Muhammad & Tanya Manhenga
Love Island finalists Tanya and Shaq have proven their love is the real deal after proving haters who thought they would be the first to split outside of the villa.
Tanya, 24, and Shaq, 25, even confirmed to fans they were hoping to take their relationship to the next level by moving in together – watch this space!
Jessie Wynter & Will Young
The Aussie babe and the hunky farmer's romance shows no signs of slowing down despite backlash during the show from viewers who thought Jessie, 26, was "fake'".
Instead, the two haven't spent a moment apart since they were evicted from the villa just before the final. Jessie has been staying with his family in Buckinghamshire and when her visa runs out next month Will, 23, will be heading down under.
Ron Hall & Lana Jenkins
Another couple who viewers didn't hold out much hope for, Lana and Ron, also seem prepared to go the distance and make their new love work outside the Love Island bubble.
From going on double dates with their Villa pals – we're looking at you Kai and Sanam – the two 25-year-olds are making it work by splitting time between Ron's base in Essex and Lana's home in Manchester. Good work, guys!
Samie Elishi and Tom Clare
Samie, 22, and Tom, 23, made things official not long after leaving the Love Island villa and have been putting in the effort to keep sparks flying during their time apart.
Samie sweetly let fans know they were now a proper couple with a sweet Instagram post while enjoying a romantic date in London's famous Italian restaurant, Gloria Trattoria.
The brunette beauty told her followers: "This is my boyfriend everyone".
Splitsville
Sadly, nothing lasts forever and for some Love Island couples making relationships work outside in the real world doesn't work.
Casey O'Gorman, 26, and Rosie Seabrook, 24, were dumped from the villa just days before the final and just two weeks later announced they had split, revealing "life outside the villa is just very different for them".
Sources close to the pair claim Rosie has since moved on with another Love Island star, growing close to Casa Amor bombshell Keanan Brand, 24.
An insider told The Sun: "They get on so well and are looking forward to exploring their feelings further.
"They finally went on a proper date and had a great time. The sparks were flying and they have already arranged to see each other again."
In a Q&A with fans on Instagram, Rosie admitted she regretted not giving Keanan a chance in South Africa.
"Yes I do regret not giving Keanan a chance, I do regret it very much. I found him attractive from the first day I met him. We actually met before we went into the villa."
Another couple to call time on their relationship is Olivia Hawkins, 27, and Maxwell Samuda, 23, who reportedly "drifted apart" after leaving the villa.
After previously insisting they were doing "really good", it’s since been confirmed they’re no longer an item.
An insider revealed: "Although it was rumoured they’d already split they only had a proper chat about where their relationship was going yesterday, and they both agreed the writing was on the wall."
Casey O'Gormon, Tom Clare & Will Young's 'feud'
Love Island isn't just about romantic relationships but also about forming lifelong friendships, as shown over the years with numerous "besties" being made.
Casey, Tom and Will grew so tight they nicknamed themselves the Three Musketeers, and many thought theirs was one of the most solid connections from the series, however it sounds like the once-throuple is now just a regular couple.
Farmer Will has been noticeably absent from get togethers with Tom and Casey, who have continued to spend time with one another since landing in the UK.
The TikTok hunk appeared to confirm a rift while speaking on The Useless Hotline Podcast, revealing: "I was pretty close with Tom and Casey in the villa.
"You know, the three musketeers! But kind of outside, me and Jessie are just focusing on ourselves."
Olivia Hawkins
Not only has Olivia ditched her boyfriend Maxwell but she's also had the filler in her top lip dissolved, going back to a more natural look.
Taking to Instagram to debut her new, or should that be old, lips she revealed her gorgeous look with her 306,000 followers.
She wrote: “Had my top lip filler dissolved today. Been wanting to have it done for a while. Let me know if you guys want a video on how it was!”
