England take on France in the World Cup quarter-finals tonight in Qatar.
One player who won't be there, however, is Arsenal's Ben White. The defender left the England camp last week, flying back to London for what England described as "personal reasons".
But according to our colleagues at the Daily Star, White is alleged to have had a disagreement with assistant coach Steve Holland and has struggled to adapt to life in camp.
Holland is said to have been unhappy with White's lack of preparation for England's clash with the USA and it was agreed that he should leave the tournament.
England boss Gareth Southgate, however, refused to be drawn on the reports.
Southgate told talkSPORT: "Well, not really. What I've been shown was alleged and there was another word that was used.
"I think by commenting on the story I could be giving it any form of credibility, really. We explained why Ben left the camp and I think it’s important that that is respected, really.”
White was named on the bench for the first two matches of the tournament but missed the last group-stage game against Wales through illness.
