When Mel Tucker took over for Michigan State football, it wasn’t exactly a hot take to say that the roster didn’t have much Division I, Power 5 talent. So, a mass exodus began, with the Spartans losing many players to the transfer portal over the next few years as Mel Tucker looked to start fresh.
