Michigan State football has dropped three straight games but remains safely included in CBS Sports’ latest batch of bowl projections.
Jerry Palm of CBS Sports released his updated bowl projections on Sunday, and Michigan State was once again in the mix. Palm has the Spartans landing in the Detroit Bowl and facing Eastern Michigan of the Mid American Conference.
Michigan State lost for a third straight week this weekend, dropping a tough road game at Oregon. The Spartans are now 3-3 overall and 1-2 in Big Ten play.
Michigan State will be on a bye this upcoming week before returning to the field on October 19 against Iowa. Game time and television details have not yet been released for this matchup between the Spartans and Hawkeyes.
