England footballer Jill Scott was crowned Queen of the I’m A Celebrity jungle last night, becoming the 22nd winner of the popular ITV reality show.
There have been many iconic contestants throughout the years - probably too many to mention.
However, let’s take a look at the previous winners and where they are now.
2021 - Danny Miller
Starting with the most recent winner, Emmerdale’s Danny Miller took the crown last year, for the show’s final season in Wales. Corrie's Simon Gregson came runner-up and Frankie Bridge followed behind.
"From the bottom of my heart and my family's heart - thank you so much," 31-year-old Danny said moments after his win in Gwrych Castle. "This is the best thing that's ever happened to me, bar my son."
Since the show, Danny has gone on to marry his wife Steph Jones in a spectacular wedding.
2020 - Giovanna Fletcher
Media personality and wife of Tom from McFly, Giovanna Fletcher became the first Queen of the Castle, when the show had to move to Wales as a result of Covid-19.
Giovanna, 37, was left speechless when it was announced she won, telling hosts Ant and Dec to ask her again in a week's time. Radio DJ Jordan North finished in second place, with Vernon Kay finishing third.
Giovanna continues to have huge success with her podcast, Happy Mum Happy Baby, and even starred in stage play 2:22 A Ghost Story.
2019 - Jacqueline Jossa
EastEnders star Jacqueline Jossa took the crown in 2019, the final series before the pandemic shook up the format.
After the actress was announced the winner, in an emotional moment, she said she felt the show had been a "turning point" in her life.
Since the show Jacqueline's success has skyrocketed. She has had several clothing lines and won The Masked Singer Live in April 2022.
2018 - Harry Redknapp
Legend Harry Redknapp be named King of the Jungle in 2018. He took the crown after beating comedian Emily Atack and John Barrowman.
Since the show Harry still appears regularly as a football pundit and this year released When Harry Met Sandra, a book alongside his beloved wife.
2017 - Georgia ‘Toff’ Toffolo
Georgia Toffolo - known as Toff - was crowned Queen of the Jungle in 2017, and the Made in Chelsea star was quickly a favourite with the viewers.
Toff still works as a TV presenter as regularly appears on ITV's This Morning.
2016 - Scarlett Moffatt
I'm a Celebrity Get me Out of Here's winner of 2016 was Scarlett Moffatt. The star went from watching the telly on the sofa with her family to winning the reality show, with Joel Dommett and Adam Thomas following behind her.
Scarlett's career has gone from strength to strength since the jungle, from appearing on and Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway to presenting a BBC Radio 1 podcast with her boyfriend Scott Dobinson.
2015 - Vicky Pattison
Vicky Pattison proved she was capable of anything when she won I'm A Celebrity in 2015. The Geordie Shore star, 35, who was in camp with the likes of Lady C and Ferne McCann, remained humble in her exit speech after her win, saying she thought she "didn't deserve it".
Since the show Vicky became a member on the panel of the ITV daytime chat show Loose Women and is now set to marry beau Ercan Ramadan.
2014 - Carl ‘Foggy’ Fogarty
Carl Fogarty was a favourite throughout the series to win, so it was only right he took the crown as King. Foggy took part in seven trials - and never failed to bring home every star.
Since winning, Carl has kept loyal to being a four-time world Superbike Champion by being an ambassador for Bikesure, the bikers’ bike insurance broker.
2013 - Kian Egan
Westlife’s Kian Egan was the 2013 winner of the reality show, beating designer David Emanuel to the crown. Kian also took part in seven out of 20 bushtucker trials. He said of his win: "Everyone's a king and queen here."
Kian has gone on to be the richest member of Westlife and is also a coach on The Voice of Ireland.
2012 - Charlie Brooks
Known as Janine Butcher - the villain of Albert Square - Charlie Brooks soon won over the nation with her epic win in 2012. Charlie, 41, who is mother to her daughter Kiki, struggled in the jungle when she spoke about missing her lookalike daughter.
Charlie went on to return to EastEnders as well as making another return in 2021. She also narrated Botched Up Bodies on Channel 5.
2011 - Dougie Poynter
Mischievous McFly star Dougie Poynter, 34, won 2011's series of I'm A Celebrity, and according to his finalist pal Mark Wright, it was truly deserved. Mark, 35, who came second, said of his win: "There couldn't be a better winner. He's the nicest kindest person in the whole entire world."
Dougie went on to write a book with his McFly bandmate Tom Fletcher, becoming the most popular debut children's novel of 2012.
2010 - Stacey Solomon
DIY expert Stacey Solomon won 2010's series after starring on The X Factor. Stacey soon proved doubters wrong when she made the final of the show and the star was crowned Queen.
Stacey, 33, went on to become an all things-home enthusiast as well as presenting Loose Women - and finding love with I'm A Celeb alumni Joe Swash, 40.
2009 - Gino D’Acampo
Gino D'Acampo was set out for success with his hilarious nature in camp. Gino, 46, was quite the ladies' man in the jungle, and page 3 model, Samantha Fox, Camilla Dallerup and Katie Price seemed to enjoy his presence indeed.
The chef has since gone on to present his cooking skills on This Morning.
2008 - Joe Swash
It was only right Joe Swash was crowned King of the Jungle in 2008 as he seemed to smash every single bushtucker trial apart from one time. He was head-to-head with tennis player Martina Navratilova, 66, and George Takei, 85, in the final.
Joe, 40, who was known for starring on EastEnders, now shares a daughter with future winner of 2010 Stacey Solomon, 33. He went on to present Extra Camp, where it was reported he met Stacey first before striking up a romance.
2007 - Christopher Biggins
Christopher Biggins took the crown in 2007 after a late start to camp. The star took part in a live trial alongside campmate Janice Dickenson on day five, bagging eight stars for his new campmates.
Biggins went on to star on other shows such as Celebrity Come Dine With Me, The Celebrity Chase, Celebrity Masterchef and Celebrity Big Brother.
2006 - Matt Willis
Busted star Matt Willis won I'm A Celebrity in 2006 when he was up against Myleene Klass and Jason Donavan. But it was a close call on day 17, when he was in the bottom two when he managed to stay in camp with Jan Leeming returning home instead.
Matt went on to present I'm A Celebrity's Extra Camp with Emma Willis before having their first child Isabelle in 2009. They are now married with three children - Isabelle, Trixie and Ace.
2005 - Carol Thatcher
The daughter to former Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher was crowned Queen of 2005's series. Journalist Carol, 69, competed in five trials during her time in the jungle and the star beat Emmerdale's Sheree Murphy, 47, and EastEnders' Ricky star Sid Owen, 50, in the final.
Carol went on to work on The One Show as a contributor and travelled to the Falkland Islands and Argentina for the documentary Mummy's War.
2004 - Joe Pasquale
Joe Pasquale was crowned winner in 2004 after beating Princess Diana's right hand man Paul Burrell and Fran Cosgrave. During his time in the jungle, Joe took part in the show's most expensive trial ever - the Hell-O-Copter - and proved it was worth every penny as he won all eight stars.
Joe went on to star on Dancing On Ice alongside partner Vicky Ogden in 2013 and recently moved to Norfolk this year.
2004 - Kerry Katona
Queen of 2004's January series was Atomic Kitten singer Kerry Katona. Kerry, 42, had a ball in the jungle when she was in Australia with Peter Andre, 49, and 44 year old Katie Price - who went on to get married and have children Princess and Junior. Kerry beat Pete and journalist Jennie Bond in the final.
Kerry has gone on to find success with OnlyFans as well as her autobiography, many TV opportunities, and love with her fiancé Ryan.
2003 - Phil Tufnell
Cricket player Phil Tufnell was named King of the Jungle in 2003. Phil took part in three bushtucker trials during his time Down Under but the cricketer could have left sooner than the final when he found himself in the bottom three two weeks after joining the show. But Phil, 56, pulled it out the bag when he was up against John Fashanu, 60, and Linda Barker, 61, in the final.
Tufnell went on to be a panellist on A Question of Sport, as well as Would I Lie to You? and competing on The Jump in 2015.
2002 - Tony Blackburn
And I'm A Celebrity's first winner was Tony Blackburn in 2002. The radio DJ, 79, beat the late socialite Tara Palmer-Tomkinson and politician Christine Hamilton, 73, when he was crowned King of the Jungle.
After winning, Tony returned to BBC Radio London before working on Smooth Radio in 2008.
