The final season of Better Call Saul is now reaching its crescendo after six series and more than seven years since it was first broadcast in the US. The show is an example of a successful spin-off that rivals and attempts to surpass the characters it was first based on, having originally featured its main character Saul Goodman in Breaking Bad.
The final season of the show has been thus far well received by critics, with the Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould created TV series boasting a rare 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Gilligan and Gould previously worked together on all five seasons of Breaking Bad, before they created the popular prequel show.
Better Call Saul is originally broadcast on AMC in the US with episodes appearing on Netflix online in other regions around the world. This is the case in the UK and Ireland with episodes of the show appearing weekly on the day after they debut on AMC in America.

When is the Better Call Saul final episode going to be released on Netflix?
The final episode of Better Call Saul is scheduled to be released on Netflix on Tuesday, August 16, in the UK and will wrap up six seasons of the show. This final season has been split into two parts with the first of weekly episodes being uploaded to the streaming platform in mid April of this year and concluding at the end of May, before making a return to our screens on July 12.
The final season will contain thirteen episodes in total and will attempt to conclude the story of Jimmy McGill, aka Saul Goodman, who was a popular character in Breaking Bad. The fate of Kim Wexler is also a hotly anticipated storyline amongst fans of the show, with the final few episodes likely to feature some flashforward moments which were a big feature of the first five seasons of the hit Netflix show.
