When will Leeds United's FA Cup third round replay against Cardiff City be played?

Leeds United will host Cardiff City in an FA Cup third round replay at Elland Road after drawing 2-2 in the Welsh capital on Sunday.

Cardiff led 2-0 at the break courtesy of goals from Jaden Philogene and Sheyi Ojo. Leeds fought back in the second half, with goals from second half substitutes Rodrigo and Sonny Perkins salvaging a draw for the Whites.

The hosts were also reduced to 10 men after Joel Bagan handled Junior Firpo's strike on the line during the latter stages. But Rodrigo squandered a golden chance from the spot as he was denied by Cardiff goalkeeper Jak Alnwick.

Here is everything you need to know ahead of the replay...

When would a replay be likely?

The replay is expected to be played on either the 17th or 18th of January. The exact date and kick-off time depends whether or not the match is selected for live TV broadcast.

Will the replay be shown live on TV?

BBC and ITV have not yet announced which games will be shown live on television. Liverpool's trip to Molineux to face Wolves looks a shoo-in for selection, although Leeds vs Cardiff could be a possibility due to the replays being played over two nights.

The other replays to be played are: Accrington Stanley vs Boreham Wood, Wigan vs Luton Town, Forest Green Rovers vs Birmingham City, Swansea City vs Bristol City and West Brom vs Chesterfield.

Oxford United host Arsenal tonight in the other third round tie yet to be played.
