Channel 4 has officially announced the line-up and start date for The Great British Bake Off 2021 and we're not that far away from all things bread, biscuits and pastries.
Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith will be returning as judges with their famous handshakes and verdicts on soggy bottoms, with Noel Fielding and Matt Lucas as hosts.
And now the contestants for the twelfth series have been announced, including a police detective and a retired midwife, alongside the official start date.

When does The Great British Bake Off start?
Bake Off will officially be back on screens on Tuesday, September 21.
The first episode will air at 8pm on Channel 4 and will broadcast until 9:30pm.
