Lorraine Kelly should be back presenting her show on Monday morning, Carol Vorderman confirmed on the show this morning.
Vorderman has stepped in to present Lorraine this week after the presenter caught Covid and has been recovering at home. At the start of the programme this morning, Carol Vorderman offered viewers an update as to when the presenter may be back.
"Good morning everyone I'm still here filling in for Lorraine today. She's feeling a lot better thank goodness and hoping to be back in her chair where she belongs on Monday, looking forward to that."

Earlier this week, Lorraine announced on social media that she had Covid and would be missing the first few shows this week. "Well the Covid has finally got me and I tested positive at the weekend. Thanks to the vaccine it’s not too bad and I hope to be back at work very soon."
During her brief stint filling in for Lorraine, Carol Vorderman has interviewed stars such as James May, Christine McGuinness and Peter Andre.
