Tyson Fury and Dillian Whyte WILL meet for the heavyweight championship of the world after the Londoner put pen to paper.
Whyte had been holding out for a better deal as the hours ticked towards Tuesday's deadline.
But he was eventually forced to sign his contract to ensure the fight will go ahead as planned.
Almost four weeks have passed since Fury's promoters Frank Warren and Bob Arum won the purse bid with a record-breaking offer of £31million.
Whyte will earn 20 per cent of that plus another £3m if he upsets the odds and dethrones Fury.

Where and when will the fight take place?
The fight is expected to take place on Saturday, April 23 at Wembley Stadium in London.
The Principality Stadium in Cardiff had been the frontrunner due to concerns with the weather, while the much-smaller Manchester Arena had also been under consideration.
But 90,000 fans will now pack into Wembley for the biggest all-British heavyweight fight in decades.
What time will it start?
The fight will likely start at around 10pm. This is slightly earlier than main events often start due to the laws surrounding hosting events at Wembley.
Previous fights at the stadium involving Anthony Joshua have started at a similar time to allow fans to return home after the final bell.
The undercard fights will likely start at around 5pm.

Who is on the undercard?
No fights have been confirmed for the undercard as yet but Fury's brother Tommy has said he expects to feature having missed out on a fight with Jake Paul last year.
Tommy hopes victory on the undercard will convince Paul to re-start negotiations with a view to rescheduling their fight for later this year.
Most of the undercard fights will likely involve fighters from Frank Warren and Bob Arum's stables.

Tickets are not yet on sale but are likely to be released in the coming weeks. You can sign up here to be alerted as soon as their is an announcement.
When on sale, tickets will likely start at around £40 for seats at the top fo Wembley while the most expensive could cost over £1000 for VIP treatment.
