After 63 games of goals, shocks, joy and despair, the World Cup in Qatar will come to an end on Sunday as Argentina take on France in the final.
The French are looking to become the first country since Brazil in 1958 and 1962 to win back-to-back World Cups. Meanwhile, the Argentines are looking for their first World Cup since 1986 and are aiming to help Lionel Messi win the tournament in what is likely to be his last match at the international football extravaganza.
Manchester also has an interest in the final, with City's Julian Alvarez and United's Lisandro Martinez representing the South Americans, while the Reds' Raphael Varane has been a mainstay in the back-four for the Europeans. When and where is the World Cup closing ceremony?
The World Cup's closing ceremony will take place at Lusail's Iconic Stadium ahead of the final. With the match kicking off at 3pm, the spectacle will begin at 1pm GMT to allow for the pitch to return to its original state before the game.
How can I watch the World Cup closing ceremony?
BBC One had the broadcast rights to show the opening ceremony on Sunday, November 20. However, while many were expecting the ceremony to be shown as part of their coverage, it was actually bumped to BBC iPlayer and the Red Button as host Gary Lineker, Alan Shearer, Alex Scott and Ashley Williams discussed the human rights issues that hung over the tournament.
Both BBC One and ITV1 have the rights to the final with BBC's coverage beginning at 1:50pm and ITV's starting at the slightly earlier time of 1:30pm. While no details have been announced as to how you can watch the ceremony in full, it is likely that you will be able to find it on the BBC iPlayer and Red Button.
Who is performing at World Cup closing ceremony?
Like the opening ceremony, FIFA has not officially revealed exactly who is going to perform at the closing ceremony in Lusail. American-Nigerian singer Davido has been announced by his friends as having been chosen to feature and has been spotted in Qatar during the tournament.
Puerto Rican artist Ozuna, who is the talent behind the official FIFA soundtrack of the tournament, 'Arhbo', is also tipped to be performing in Lusail. As is Canadian-Moroccan singer Nora Fatehi, whose track 'Light The Sky' is also on FIFA's playlist for the World Cup.
