When is the Scottish Cup 5th round draw? Live stream, TV and start time as the competition enters last 16

Scottish Cup weekend is fast approaching and supporters of successful sides will have their eyes glued for who their team will face in the fifth round.

The fourth round sees the Premiership clubs enter the fray and there is no bigger game than the Edinburgh Derby between Hibernian and Hearts at Easter Road on Sunday afternoon. Robbie Neilson's men travel across the capital in a bid to get one over on Lee Johnson's men for the send time this month after they demolished the Hibees 3-0 at Tynecastle in the league.

Last year's winners Rangers will travel to St Johnstone for the Saturday evening game, while Celtic host Greenock Morton at Parkhead in the lunchtime game. For Aberdeen or junior side Darvel they will already know who they will face when they kick off at Recreation Park on Monday night - live on the BBC Scotland channel.

When and where will the draw take place?

The draw for the fifth round of the Scottish Cup is set to take place on Sunday, January 22 at around 6pm.

Clyde radio host Gordon Duncan and for Celtic midfielder Shaun Maloney will conduct the draw from Hampden Park.

What channel is it on?

The draw will be broadcast on Viaplay Sports 1, following the conclusion of the Edinburgh derby between Hibernian and Heart of Midlothian. The kick-off is 2pm.

Fans will also be able to view the draw on the Scottish Cup's official Twitter, Facebook and YouTube channels.

Will there be a live stream?

The draw can be view on social media but also on the Viaplay app. The Nordic streaming service can be purchased for £14.99 a month or if you want to use the channel for the year it will cost you £11.99 a month.
